Windows Backup allows you to create a system image, an exact image of your disk drive. A system image contains Windows and your system settings, programs, and files. If your hard drive or computer stops functioning, you can use a system image to restore your computer's contents. When you restore your computer from a system image, it is a complete restore; you cannot select individual items to restore, and all current programs, system settings, and files will be replaced. Please click Start ==> Control Panel ==> System and Maintenance ==> Backup and Restore ==> Create a system image and follow the wizard prompts to set it up.
